Interior Design: How We Work

The first meeting is a free of charge consultation on-site to fully assess the property and project in detail with absolutely no obligation. We will discuss your project, ideas and preferences, the scope of work involved and illustrate how we work, showing samples of previous jobs. After this meeting a schedule of fees may be requested should you wish to work with us.

Once fees are agreed and we have signed a letter of appointment, it?s time to get to work!

Detailed Briefing: Site survey and in-depth meeting to gain an insight into your styles and preferences. We’ll discuss styles aided by mood boards, magazine clippings, budgets, time frame, and how existing furniture might be incorporated into future schemes and so on.

Conceptual Design: Following a careful interpretation of your brief we will study the ergonomics of the space, drawing plans and preparing a wide range of furniture, soft furnishings, fitting and itemised price list for a first presentation. Using your feedback from our first meeting, we will compile a furniture book, elevations and 3D drawing where required. A second and third meeting when required will be scheduled for any additional changes.

Programming and supply of FF&E: The client will sign off plans, furniture and fittings. We are then be ready to control all aspects of the job logistics and item delivery. Clients are updated regularly.

Installation: Each project is managed by us to ensure a fully integrated approach. A dedicated team takes care of the supply and supervises the installation of each element of the design for the duration of the project. This will minimise your time and effort and reduce the stress of dealing with suppliers and contractors.
